Very easy job, 26gauge is very thin to weld the corners though. Id think almost any sheet metalworking place could bend them up, perhaps up the thickness, to a more commonly stocked thickness, and can you reduce the size fractionally? The size you want will be quite wastefull to cut from sheets. Cut the 48" down to 47" and you save a fair bit of money id imagine.
24x48, youd get 3 per 2.5x1.25 sheet, (4 sheets)
