Metal / bronze casting anyone?

Not sure best place to post this? A customer of mine asked if I know anyone who can make a bronze - or other metal casting from a plaster cast made from the 'bump' of his wife when pregnant!!

Here's the picture he's sent me...grateful if anyone could contact me if it's something they could do...or point me in the right direction.

My brother-in-law does cold-cast stuff like this, but that'll be a lot of bronze! Be worth contacting them to see. If not they may know someone who will.

Thanks for the quick reply. I would have thought it could be hollow? Probably couldn't even pick it up cast as a solid lump
