meddings pillar drill

have an old meddings "Pacera" pillar drill floor standing.
it is single phase with a jarrasic Newman elf 3/4 hp motor. max rpm 1428
needs a new capacitor as its had some damage and now will not start up just hums.
a flick of the pulley and away she goes.
can't find anything on old one any idea on right MFD rating .
