They was silver and a bit scratched on one or two so I decided to rub down with wet&dry 1200 grade.
I used Upol gloss black spray cans and I only did two of the fairing plastics for a trial,glad I did because there's a couple of small patches where the paint has chipped off so its a case of rubbing back down again.
I did not use a primer or sealant so was wondering should I use an acrylic primer or plastic primer this time.
Can't say i'm impressed with the Upol gloss black as I've had better results using the Simoniz gloss black,I sprayed two coats of the Upol and its still not very high gloss whereas the simoniz gave a high gloss first coat,second coat was even better.
