its the case nowadays they want a piece of paper even though they have no practical experienceI couldn't give a toss what anyone has . if they can do the job its theirs
The problem is the people who have never done the job believe those with a degree know best, when what you need is people with real experience
I've applied for positions recently, not even got a look in and 2 weeks later its readvertised and they need someone st short notice. What they mean is they employed a Rupert straight out of uni and when they got on site they didnt have a clue

I couldn't give a toss what anyone has . if they can do the job its theirs
2 years later im doing all a firms out of hours callouts and I mean a lot
they even did the callouts for the housing association that turned me down
regular I went on a night peoples electric tripping due to faulty workmanship by there daytime blokes
