I thought you might be pleased to know if you didnt already that until XMAS (or they're all sold out) Screwfix have some of the SITE range of tools at rediculously good prices.....
115mm Grinder = £22
Jigsaw = £64 etc. etc.
I've just bought another 2 grinders for the workshop so that I can have different wheels/disks without changing.
I have had the grinder for 12months and the jigsaw for 9months, both have muched through cutting up a sierra into little pieces, a kit car chassis build, lots of 1/4" and 10mm plate....been dropped and generally abused, not so much as a scratch/dent/ding or anything on them, they really are pretty tough.
Now I don't have any affiliation with screwfix or anyone else, i'm just really pleased with what is no-nonsense kit from the guys who make it for Makita, just be aware you don't get all the bells and whistles of the big brother brand.
