roof bars for my car cost in the region of 60 quid, more if i want locking ones.
the steel required cost around 15 quid, and i have various pictures to work from.
seems quite simple, a but of angle iron to bolt to the mounting points, some 20mm box uprights and some 25mm box cross bars.
anything out there that says i can use homemade ones?
wont be carrying much weight, just stuff that wont quite fit in the boot when i cant use the van due to it being full
