Making a power file grinder attachment

Came across this amazing build with basic tools

Fantastic idea and build but seems slightly pointless when you can get a decent power file for £45. I think the belts are the limiting factor with these not the power of the motor, I never have my one turned up to full power and it munches through weld easy enough.

I've got one somewhere. Bought in France for a couple of quid - ready made attachment for converting angle grinder into a power file. Belt size isn't a common one hence I'm still using my proper B&D item.
