There seems to be 115mm wide paper available from loads of places , might just have to mail order not local shop it.
Stu
sorry , miss read it , I was looking for the company I got some abbrasives off that had listed they do custom sizes but couldn't find them , sorry ,It's 103 that I'm after, not 115.
But...
It needs to be a quality paper. I can get weak 103mm but the time I tried budget paper on it, it tore up the instant the job touched the rollers!

No slitting 2mm thick 1 metre wide roofing felt. Just to make it easier to handle and feed though a roller and use a slicing blade to size the squares. Why do you need a cheap slitting machine?
production and supply of 103mm sand paper? Lol
Tiger saw straight through the roll.No slitting 2mm thick 1 metre wide roofing felt. Just to make it easier to handle and feed though a roller and use a slicing blade to size the squares.
Yep, this is a plan also.
The drum are slotted at the ends, so i would need to cut a new slot in the right place, and then move the sprung clamping stuff.
The clamping stuff holds on the internal drum "webbing" so it would depend on if there was a web in (close to) the right place. As the clamps are sprung off the web, it wouldnt need to be so exact, but the slot would need to be in the right place.
Like that.Tiger saw straight through the roll.
This.
I have a Bosch sabre saw but I don't have long enough blades like those.This.
Easy enough to scrape and clean the blade when your done
