I’ve made a couple of those “haywire tools" makes for a neat, and brustproof clamp
How easy/ effective are they if you're forced to work in an awkward or confined space, e.g. under a car or tight space under- bonnet, rather than on a bench as in the video?
Got details or yours? Would make a nice project.
there was a thread a while back on these , i made one
not a bad thing to have around , but yeah works better on the bench than under a car or in a tight engine bay , nice you can use stainless wire so it doesnt rust

If you prise up the folded-down ends (I curve 'em a bit to make it easy and the ends not stab me) it releases and you can unwrap it in a couple of seconds - quicker than a Jubilee, but awkward in awkward spots all the same.
Bodgeit and Quit sell rolls of stainless lockwire for about a fiver...
