Hi All,
I recently acquired a MAHE i-TIG 160 inverter. It has an intermittent fault. Occasionally it will not start the main arc, the HF arc will start but that is all. When it does work, it works very well.
Does anyone know where I can get a service manual or even better a circuit diagram for this inverter? I am comfortable doing component level diagnosis on the circuit, but that is only really practical with a diagram.
Unfortunately reverse engineering the boards is virtually impossible as the (Chinese?) manufacturer has ground off all the integrated circuit identification.
Thanks
Malcolm
