Magnum cut-40

Anyone have any experience with the above, looking to but a plasma but don't want to spend a fortune on it as it will be only for hobby use,

The biggest issue with these chinese plasma cutters is the aftersales, you need to ask are they box shifters or caring retailers. I am in no way connected with the company but I have found plasmapart dot com to be very good, they have a good range of parts and consumables and are a reasonable price. They will repair any other chinese plasma as well so a good name to add to your favorites if you do buy a box shifting one.
I spoke to the guy at plasma part several times before I bought mine, they assured me their machines were good quality, they ship them in the same as anyone else but they break them down and check the unit over to make sure build quality is right, this is the usual problem with all chinese machines is build quality.
