Anyone used a product like this? I may order some on scamazon as I have a Mercedes C124 coupe with a cracked rear screen. It is a project car and would be nice to repair it with resin as a short term solution to stop it getting worse.
How bad is it?
"Liquid optically clear adhesive" I have used, same stuff but cheaper. Its also used for phone screens and things like that. Uv or sunlight to cure it.
The issue is applying it deep into the crack, hence crack repairers apply a vacuum to suck it in.
I got to using this stuff today. Cures fast with UV light. Scrapes off easily.
Note this car is NOT a great example as there is visible deterioration within the laminated glass as its been like this for years.

Has it made a difference? I'd say yes a little bit of an improvement. More so - I hope it will help seal it from getting worse until I get a new screen for it.
