we have a unibor magdrill, i bought a 50mm cutter off ebay and the drill has no problems boring through 20mm steel plate, the heavier the better lol, i found a guy on ebay sells unibor bits very cheap, cant remember his name though, fink its nep-uk he can supply a full price list for every size form 12mm up to 50mm short as well as long bits.

I am sure the puma is good for 30/32mm

I think the Puma is rated at 32mm, but if you wanted too, you could put bigger in it. Just the speed is a little fast. Offset from the shaft to the front of the base will also limit the diameter.

I thought it was the power of the machine but I could accept the speed being too fast as well.P.S. Is that your sister in the photo??

Yeah, its rated to 32 for recomendations, it will do bigger if you take it steadily.
