hi guys just to let people know, i went to machine mart yesterday and having asked one of the members of staff about vat free emails ect they told me that just because you have an online account doesn't mean you will receive there vouchers. you have to buy something in the store and they will enter you on "the system" then you will receive the emails. hope this helps.

I've never bought from them, and regularly get the VAT free emails. Which isn't actually VAT free, its more like 16% before they add the VAT on..

That's because they can't give you a discount on the VAT content of goods.

I get a VAT free e-mail most weeks these days. Machine Mart are getting a bit 'needy' if you ask me. No one likes 'needy'
