Machine gears?

Hi all,

I know it's a bit of a long shot, but can anyone identify these?

A pal of mine is having to clear out his late father's shed (as his mother has now succumbed to demetia and has had to go into a care home) and needs to know what's worth hanging onto and what gets weighed in. He did have a small mill (now in my shed) and a lathe (sorry, I don't know what make).
