Macallister 4 in 1 multi tool engine

Hi everyone
I've been asked if I could fix for my father in law, I've worked out the coil pack has given us but having trouble finding one the same, the only ones I can find have the magnetic pick up in the centre of the coil not set to one side like the original? I've tried looking up which engine it is to see if I can find a new coil, the engine is model number is M4MTP 33

I've use mcculloch parts on a macalistar strimmer in the past, but haven't had to change the coil so not sure if its the same, but worth a look i guess

I'm pretty sure these are all clone units just rebadged - have a look at the spares for the Titan ones, you might have more luck
.I had this while looking for carb bits for one, plugged in a few different search terms until I got what I wanted but there were dozens of Chinese sellers.

Looks near enough the same as any chinese 52cc coil and engine.

If its not centered, that will adjust the engine timing slightly. However when i messed about making a bracket to offset and delay the timing, it made near no difference to how it ran, which was a suprise, and I put it back.
