Morning everyone.
Just a question. I been looking at m36 hex head bolts and nuts. Lots of suppliers stock them at different prices ect.
Now they come in different pitch sizes from 1.5mm fine .up to 4mm course. I understand the difference in the pitches/sizes but is there a difference in the clamping force. What's the difference between the different pitches other than the size/width ect....kind of hard for me to explain...I look at it like this....an m36 bolt 1.5mm will torque up the same as an m36 4mm....so why the different pitches ???
