M1.5 screws

I am in the need of 2 very tiny screws that seem to be non-ISO.. I have tried google and seem to be getting nowhere
The size is M1.5 and they are cheese head in steel, The ones I need are 2mm long under the head, but maybe able to grind some shorter under a magnifying glass
No smart comments about making them on the lathe ..I cannot operate with stuff this small !!

Retap the holes 1.6mm or 2mm? The small ones share the same pitch I think. Zoro is a good source for small stuff, their ebay shop is much easier to search than website.

are they M1.4mm as that is a more common size, or M1.6, if it doesn't require much strength you may be able to use a M1.4. stupid question but how do you know they are M1.5. I've used M1.4 screw in holes that are labelled as threaded M1.5 on drawings (for a bought part)

as for making them its not so easy, but here are some M1.6 bolts x 2.5mm long I made earlier, and the threads were cut with a die, not screwcut.

They hold a spring clip on a german machine part, the spring clip and 2 screws is available (via uk distributor) but a £53.99 when the whole machine cost me less than this !!

@optima21 yes they are that size as confirmed by the manufacturer.
@Kram its a very thin tube and if it goes wrong

I can get you those no problem at all , I work with 0.8 right the way up to the big stuff at 2.0mm ..
let me know if you dont get sorted. May be slightly thinner heads , but I have washers too , Ive plenty of 1.3 mm thats my go to size ,,, but I will find something. They will be about 6mm long but can be trimmed no bother.

It is difficult to find specs. for M1.5 becasue, as you say, it is non-ISO.

This page says 0.3mm pitch and the taps are a bargain, almost half price! https://www.tap-die.com/contents/en-uk/d655_M1.5-taps.html

You might consider a proper, modern metric thread, 11BA as the dia. and pitch seem to be the same.

How about trying, your local Opticians? They will have tiny screws, for doing repairs to glasses.

I'm guessing 1.5mm on the diameter.

I would have as well so I had a measure and 1.6mm is the smallest I have.

They are full of tiny screws, and I suspect most are metric.

All interesting suggestions, but given they are a non ISO size the chances of them been founf in another product is unlikely
I did think @Agroshield link with the hint at 11BA might prove useful but alas supply of 11BA seems equaliy unobtainable.
