LUCAS Card

Ok guys not sure if any of you have one but i've got quite a bit of work to do on the London Underground and i need to book an assessment to get a Lucas Card (London Undergound Combined Access System) Apparently they won't let you go behind the scenes without one.

Anyone got one or do you know what you need to do??

most likely loads of health and safety then a numpty test you could have passed three days ago!

had to do one recently to get on naval base i skipped the 2 hour of interactive learning and went for the test and the only thing i got wrong was site speed limit!

Cheers matey I've already got a CSCS, Pasma, IPAF, and a EMSS Safety Passport, I guess i'd better buy a bigger wallet, At least it lasts for 3 years which is a bonus

I would agree with madkayaker, questions consisting of loads of common sense, H&S and a couple which do not make sense because the is no punctuation and the security guard cannot answer your query.

I did a lot for P&G, and other multi-nationals, but one day instead of walking in and getting started four of us had to sit and watch a crappy video on a 14" TV/Video in a freezing cabin, which lasted an hour and a half, then a bit of a talk, then a test. The morning screwed. The week before this was non-existent.

Dearly Beloved, who is not well at present, thought a LUCAS card was for a StarWars convention, so thought mk was being rude referring to attendees as numpties.

Had to go on site once to do a 10 minute job. The boss had been collared the week before and had to sit through an "induction" that lasted 4 hours. Drove on site, got the necessary tools out: 2 x 12mm spanners

And promptly got caught by the HSE guy I told him what I needed to do, even suggested he come with me to watch me tighten the damn bolt, but he was having none of it. So said I would be with him as soon as I had gone to the bog. As soon as I was out of sight I shot off (I didn't run of coarse ) tighten 'the bolt' jumped in the van and was off.
