Low Power but Gas or No-Gas?

This will be my first welder for learning & car bodywork.
Clarke Pro 90 or 90EN 'No-Gas' look good as weld from 25 amps but will be welding outside as no garage!
Gas MIG's sound easier to use but can you really not weld outside with them??
No-Gas sound harder to use but is it really that hard??
Any experience/advice gratefully received.

Go for gas as it's car bodywork, if it's windy you'll need to make a wind break.
Gasless isn't that hard, it's just not suitable for what your doing.
