low amp and pulse tig

Can i ask what helmet folks recommend here

Just bought an esab origotech but it says in the manual less than 20 amps is a no no and pulse tig is definitely a no no .

So as thats mostly what I do im a bit flummoxed now.

Any suggestions?

i have an ebay special eliminator or something,pulsed tig at 25 amps doesnt trouble it

I read the book first as im new to all this ,so its good news the supplier may swap it, guys who suggested helmets i will take a look thank you

you ar indeed very correct ,however my missus would have a field day with how many pairs of shoes she could buy for that...
