Lorch t220 e16 code

Hi can someone help me please I was welding with my lorch t220 and it just stopped working, code e16 has come up does anyone no what this means many thanks

Matt what does e16 fault code mean just out of interest.

When i switch on my T220, if the tungsten is touching the earth it gives an E-25 error.

I have got this E16 error today on my little used t220 control pro , I have tried another torch and foot pedal and it still does it as soon as you trigger the torch , what was the fix guys .
