I like what Ive seen of those, The welderfabber guy on youtube runs them for serious site work and seems happy with them, It's the first i'd seen of them.

I do not know that machine at all but I am skeptical that it would supply 250A @ 100% duty cycle and there is zero chance of that happening with a 16A mains connection. It would need at least a 32A connection.

I couldn't see a manual and I1eff is not listed in the WEB site - at least I couldn't find it.

If it has good support and your expectations are realistic, it may well fit your need. There is no cylinder space on the trolley though.

I saw that welder on welderfabber but didn't know what it was until someone commented on this post.

100% duty does seem high, and 32a is a possibility using an adaptor from a 3 phase supply to sigle phase plug either 16a or 32a.
