Snap on are rebadged 'other makes' of machines, usually a Cebora and if so can be an excellent machine.
The sellers star ratings would concern me a bit, seems to have received a few low marks for all areas.
Saying that though, if you can see the machine working and know what to look for or take someone who does then it could be a good buy.
I think the bidding will go up a fair bit towards the auction end and probably be sniped a good few quid in the last 20 seconds or so.
