Dear friends,
I have a MIG-MAG welder "ERVO Star MIG 150". Bought it new in 1983 (!) It is West-German and it welded very well, until I took it to Thailand. For that purpose I had to dismantle it and I made a scheme of the system when I dismantled the machine. When I got the time here to assemble it again the scheme I made had disappeared, so I put it together following the curves and bends of the wirings, which fairly show the way. The problem are a few small plugs, which could be plugged in at more than one place on the big weld relais and the electronic control print. Thus it only makes click-click-click at a some frequency below 50 HZ (a small relay on the print does it), when I press the trigger of the welding pistol.
What I need is an electrical scheme of this machine:
Brand: ERVO
Type name: Star Mig 150
Can someone give me a scheme for it?
Thanks beforehand,
