Little plasma job needed

As I haven't finished my cnc plasma yet wondering if someone could do me a little plasma or laser cutting job mates rates!
I need 3 of these brackets out of 12mm steel. I have a small sheet I can post if needed.
See piccy. Hole is 35mm. Part in blue.
Test 3d printed.
Stl file or whatever you need available.

They are to hold my trailer ramp support bar.

I have milling machines but I want nice curves etc and too much faff to set up a rotary table.

Just had a word. Nice chap but his plasma cutter is only 45 amps thinks it will struggle on 12mm. I will just have to pull my finger out and finish mine.

CLH? Theirs comfortably handles 20mm and I think will do 40mm.

Print up another one reduced size to use as a template for your plasma on the hand torch.

I am totally useless at anything free hand. Even using a template my plasma cutting leaves a great deal to be desired. My writing looks worse than a doctors !

That's what a 2" x 72" belt grinder is for.

Now, if you had a CNC plasma, the parts for the belt grinder would be easy to produce.

It is a Hypertherm I think and given my R Tech does 10mm reasonably well I'd have thought it should manage it.
