Seems a bit too-good-to-be-true to me.
The administrator / liquidator has a fiduciary duty to maximise returns to the creditors and I doubt that advertising a van on gumtree for £25 is the quickest route to achieving that.
If there are any vans in the asset list then they will most likely be sold as a job lot along with spares etc.

It has been taken down before I saw it but I doubt liquidation sales would use the Gumtree platform.
It is probably one of the many too good to be true scams that would go along the lines of 'they are selling fast but we can reserve one for you for a bank transfer of xxx'
A couple of hundred prospective buyers send off £100 each and bye bye van's, seller and money.
