Liner advice required........

I have an ERP 210 Turbo mig welder fitted with a eurotorch...it's now over 20 years old. I've never fitted a new liner since I've had it so, as I'm bored to death at the moment, I wondered should I fit a new one even though the welder seems to be working fine?

If I do fit one any recommendations which to fit?

I'm a great believer in "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" but a blow through with dry compressed air might be worth doing.

If you are going to fit a new one, all you need to do is fit the one recommended for your torch and wire type and size, simples!!

Thanks BP...I have plenty of dry compressed air so I will do that. I think ERP welders are no more so I would presume if I do take out the old liner I can just match it up with something similar on EBAY?...I use .6mm wire and only ever weld mild steel.

I wasn't sure whether they had to be changed every 20 years - like servicing a car

Very true..that's why, whenever possible, I do my own car servicing and repairs - I do trust myself...

Being a SIP user I absolutely agree with the, "If it ain't broke...." but if you need to change the liner dare I suggest curtain wire?
