Lifting Machines

I saw something today which was unbeliveable.A machine that walks upstairs.The guy had a massive copier to take upstairs into an office and this machine was unbeliveble, it walked up the steps one at a time electrically driven.Anybody else see this?

Our lot hired one recently to get a large motor armature up some stairs. They stripped the motor down as far as possible but the last bit had to come out in one piece.

We have one. This is a Gareth moving a machine up our stair case with it. Its a AAT stair climer. It can transport up to 180 Kg.

I nearly bought a (spares or repair) Escalera off eBy recently. Similar thing with chain driven spigots, I was going to rip out the motor and gearbox assy. Amazingly powerful system...
