Lidl HSS drill bits

Just been to lidl and they have the HSS drill bits back in .5 to 10mm in .5mm incriments £7.99

I rate these as a cheap set they last much better then the toolstation carp!

They also sharpen up well too.

A few years ago they were £2.99 so i bought a set. Was so impressed went back and bought another 10 sets !. I still have 7 "in stock" as they have lasted so well despite being abused. As above they sharpen well (using an Lidl sharpener - also recommended).

I purchased 8 sets back then cant remember the price though still have 4 left unused so I got 2 more today I sharpen them on the bench grinder though unless I take them to work and use the lidl machine

BTW the Lidl drill sharpener comes with a full set of drill bits albeit in cardboard box. If the drill bits are £7.99 by themselves then that means the sharpener is excellent value at (I seem to remember) around £18

Yep bought a set yesterday, have been using them for years, even on stainless and other hard studs ie turbo etc that other drill wont look at, use em slow and steady and they are great.
