Lick of paint

had these ramps for a while now, they could do with a clean up and a lick of paint . What would yous recommend, to give them a few more years protection from rain etc

normally u'd say Hamerite but it's now CxxP..........good luck with that........!!!!!!!!

Remove the rust and then epoxy primer seems to be the answer to anything that 42 isn't!

epoxy like jotun jotamastic if deep pockets.....aldi metal paint if your have shorter arms

Lechler 29107 works out at less than £20 a litre inc hardener and thinner. Try Express Paints.

Wire brush them use Aldi metal paint and then put them in a shed when not in use........

zinfos 340. from manor paints. it is container paint , put it on thick brush spray or roller and forget. it has a very good finish as well

How did he arrive at that figure? Just had eight truck wheels blasted inside and out, the guy also primed them for under £200 all in

That was to make the ramps - uncoated.


Edit: oh. Just reread. Thought DIY bought the ramps for 500.
