Lechler epoxy over 2k solid colour?

Guys, is it ok to put epoxy over a 2k solid paint. I have stripped the topside of this boot lid and plan to seal it with Lechler epoxy, will there be any issues going over the whole of the underside too?

provided it has the appropriate key for the product and its clean. Nay bother.

Another question about the epoxy, is it ok to put on a second/third coat of the epoxy after just a flash time?

Yes, normal practice is 2 coats.
