Read it through jonjoe and then edit it. Do you mean easy or hard ? It might depend a lot on the individual, if you twitch a lot or are not very co-ordinated. It shouldn't make that much difference that it is an inverter or a transformer, they both heat up an electrode to melt the metal.
a friend sayed he put a tig torch on his stick inverter but kept touching the rod to the tungsten. he made it sound really hard but is it. as i might buy a torch.
Watch some through the lens videos on here and on youtube and you will see what you are supposed to do but it's easy to touch gown with the tungsten or catch the rod with it and you will be scratch starting which is an art as well so get used to sharpening tungstens if you try it.

You can sharpen one tungsten hundreds of times though. It's if you don't hang the torch up carefully or drop it that it snaps them. They're not expensive anyway.
