I am hovering over a deal and getting down to the ££££'s nitty gritty bit, the clincher is the item in the photo.
I guess it is a fore runner to the modern quick change toolpost, are they still popular and do they have any significant value, it's size is around the Myford ish tooling I reckon.
Have done a quick ebay completed listings but it may have a specific name/term I am unaware of so I may not be searching correctly
