I reckon you'd get away with a Boxford for that job... meatier than a Myford but a lot lighter than any of the Colchesters (both weight-wise and capacity). Trouble is that they are ideal DIY/ model engineers' lathes so prices tend to be higher than they should be for what you get - in fact many times you can get a Colchester for a lot less.
Two fit blokes can get a Boxford into a small van or estate car but a Colchester needs muscle and an engine crane at least.
