Lathe head stock leaking oil

My Harrison has started to have a slight weep under the nose..there is a cover held on by 3 cap head screws. My question is does this cover come off by pulling back from head stock and are the seals available if any...pic shows the cover and where its leaking.

get a bit from there too but i will leave that now as its starting to sound like a normal Harrison trait that has age under its belt.
