Last job for the bedroom

Head board of the bed was well; a bit boring.
Walking round the Harbour one evening I got distracted by ripples. On the boats.
I said Ripples!
The idea sat there and would not go away.
Job done.
My neighbour said 'Plenty to hold onto'.
So coarse.

I need to raise it up a bit over the mattress.
Interesting note.
The cross shape was a circle turned inside out.

Make sure the sharp edges are gone…dont need to shave ur head….

I always do a skin test.
Run a finger over every surface.
Of my work!.
I did find a tiny needle sharp burr.
And the odd mini bit of weld spatter.
Next job something for the other end of the bed

First thing is get rid of the ****ty cardboard door. I've got a chippie coming on Friday to replace the shocking door frame and fit a door. Skirting and architrave I'm comfy with.

In another welding forum, one member commented to paint the steel black.
So the weekend "Frivolities" can be quickly hidden with a black sharpy used as touch up paint....

Nooo.
I don't paint stuff if I can avoid it.
Steel is best wire brushed and waxed.
