Land Rover door repair & chassis painting

Im planning on repairing the rear door of my Landy, its the box section thats rusted out.
I have the new metal to fab up and replace the old frame.
As its bare metal im am going to dregrease, cut to shape weld up the metal and then was planning some etch primer, then some primer and then topcoat and then some clearcoat to protect the exterior. For the internal box section i was going to spray in some waxoyle?

Onto the chassis.
wire brush back/flap disc to clean it up.
Heat with heat gun to remove as much moisture as i can
treat with Kurust and then etch primer.
leave to dry and then primer followed by black paint and then topped off with Dinitrol/Waxoyle or Stone chip?

I did my chassis and axle and various with Jenolite, etch, and topcoats. No wax etc on the outside, reckon that sort of stuff hides problems. Rather have paint and be able to see things early.
(Didn't bother with another primer on top of the etch as mine covered well, not the thin wash type).

Also did Jenolite/red oxide/top coats in other places, and 2k epoxy primer then topcoats. Depending what I hadn't run out of...

Had reactions with Kurust before so haven't used it since.
