Generally there’s a tipping point it gets worse till they have more than a certain amount then they get better the more they have!!

Possibly, but it depends on the circles in which you mix. New money vs old money for example.

People with real money wouldn’t be seen dead in that Chav Chariot. One of my customers is a multi billionaire, self made. You would never know if you saw him in the pub. His favourite shirt has a hole in it, he wears dirty trainers, will buy you a drink but doesn’t do rounds. A nicer guy you will never meet. And why? He is comfortable with his money and doesn’t need to splash it around …

Nothing wrong with hanging on to your roots JB, it’s a choice thing. Our out to lunch bunch contains a few similar characters, they are not flash but if they want something they get it.
