Measured the bottom peice and its 80x25mm and roughtly 1100mm long. I didnt measure anything else but guess 1.5mm wall. I forgot to measure the uprights as they will want a peice up there to support it.
Solid bar would likely add 4kg+ to the ladder. something like this
Is there any form of thick 5mm+ wall alu tube available of a decent grade?
I can see there are 3mm wall extrusions.
This is in inch so may need some packing.
