Last thing you want in a rubber duck is a sharp pointy thing. Many years ago we were in a marina trying to spear mullet from a flubber. It was hot & sunny & the hilarity when someone inadvertently punctured a tube was superb, two grown men frantically paddling for the pontoon as the thing deflated rapidly!

The 22c is the county, if it was UK it would be "99".
The 81 on the sheath is year of supply, the 91 on the blade is the same.
I have seen similar on German survival packs, but not close enough to get my hands on.
