Knee kicker for carpet laying

Can anyone recommend me a knee kicker for carpet laying? I only do it occasionally so dont want to spend masses. Screwfix have one around £80 ebay have them from around £30 but I am not sure what I am looking for really!

any with square foam on dont bother
