right ive got kitchen taps that need fixing ...

whats the difference between

tap gland

and a reviver kit, guess you just get new handles with this one?

reason i ask....i previously fitted a reviver kit and the washers are some random size you cant get , taps cant be swapped because the unit would need pulling forward and last owner decided to tile over the lip on the sink

would 2x new glands do it ? what size for kitchen tap ?

No difference bar the handle it will just need taking apart and cleaning out greasing and a new washer fitting done loads water gets up in the screw and makes it hard to turn easy

is there a standard depth for taps ...looking at the 1/4 turn conversions too

There are quite a lot of variants. Look on eBay for an idea.

has some poor quality revivers in them and id like to put some better quality in

i fit the revivers from toolstation to taps pretty regulary cheap and easy fix more often than not
