I've got a vague feeling they're made by Telwin who also make sealey, sureweld and others. Quality should be ok but nothing special, I'd personally go for a Clarke 160TM, similar spec but a little more expensive. Would be worth PM'ing weldequip to see what price he can do on one

Seriously... Isn't most Kennedy stuff just rebadged gear - That Cromwell catalogue is full of it.
I'd follow Wozzaaaah's advice and go for a Clarke, for similar budget anyway. If you're not in a hurry, pick a vat free day for that little discount, or contact Little Stevie Weldequip and see what he'll do for you.
