Kennedy MIG

Anybody had any experience with Kennedy MIGs from Cromwells?
One has come up used near me and looks to be a previous design to the current version but same model, Tiger 170.
Know these have to be a rebadge version of something but cant find anything about user experience or quality of product.
I see the new price is a lot higher than comparable welders from different brands and was wondering if this was justified due to quality or just overpriced.
If this could be bought for the right money would it be worth a punt to get started with welding or would it be worth spending a bit extra on a Clarke 150/151?

They could be a rebadged anything, the cheapest one resembles the Wolf mig but has some minor changes..Wolf are not very well liked as a rule.

You have to then consider spares etc.

Think I would op for your Clarke idea personally, especially with the help of a VAT free voucher with Machine Mart..drops the price significantly.

Looks like it could be a rebadged Telwin so not a bad machine if the price is right and no issues with getting spares either.

I've found Cromwells catalogue prices are always higher than what you actually pay.
