Funny old setup , is the Henry Cole thing.
Not quite sure about what it is supposed to achieve , beyond a wider audience.
Some good may come of it, though.

There's a great deal of machine tool equipment beginning to turn up, on an increasing number of specialist stands.
There's some good stuff to be had , for sure.
