If I replaced my Evo 200 I think I'd probably buy the 220.Shall I pull the trigger on one of these or anyone recommend an alternative?
Other than the extra scootch (AVE cr) what are the differences between the 220 & the Evo 200?
Surprisingly hard to find used mig welders though? Unless im looking in the wrong places?a virtually mint second hand evo 200 would save you a lot of monies

you dont have to turn a bigger machine up all the way ,,, handy to have a bit in reserve if you do get a better power supply Ive a 32 amp on my Fronius , and a 32 to 16 and a 16 to 13 adapter in the bag , I must throw a 63 to 32 in there too now youve mentioned it ,,, never know what you may come across when your out thereThermal Arc 252 mig, seller name Paul? Thanks for the heads up, but a touch big for more, really after a 160 machine I can run off a 13A outlet.
People seem to list them as "mug welder"Surprisingly hard to find used mig welders though? Unless im looking in the wrong places?
Gotta love autocorrect.People seem to list them as "mug welder"
It won't solve your problem though, I don't see many used ones worth buying. They are usually either big industrial ones or pieces of rubbish being sold for almost new prices.
