While replacing the suspension on my Justy I discovered the following holes. Sadly none of these holes were discovered on the MOT and I want to keep the car.
I would like to know any hints / tips for repairing the holes I have a Clarke MIG and a SIP TIG/ ARC welder, but havn't used the TIG function. I have a feeling that I should TIG weld this for the strongest finish, but will need to practice first. Also what gauge / thickness of material would you recommend for repairs? I was thinking of making paterns and holding them in place with rivits then drilling/welding through the hole after...
