JUst converted to gas

Hi,

I have a sealey gas/nogas mightmig 150 that I have converted to gas (Hobbyweld Argon 5) by purchaseing a kit from weldequip. My question is what flow do I want to set for welding thin metal for car restoration. I would be using the low settings on the welder but need to understand what level to set up the pressure of the gas.

I would be looking for about a flow of 7 litres a minute in draughtless conditions.
